CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request 24 hours notice for cancellation, as well as 48 hours for multiple services and weekend services. Less notice will result in a charge in full services reserved. Thank you for your consideration.

 

SCHEDULING

Our friendly Customer Service staff will help you make the most of your visit by recommending and scheduling the perfect spa experience for you. In order to secure your preferred appointment times, we recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving.

 

CONSULTATIONS

All consultations are complimentary with treatment. If not treated the same day as your consultation, there is a $25 fee applied. This fee can be credited from your service estimate when treated at a later date scheduled.

 

HOME CARE PRODUCTS

You can extend the benefits of your spa experience by using home care products. Your therapist will advise you on the appropriate products for your skin type and condition to help you continue to look and feel your best.

 

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are not included with your services provided, and are appreciated. We give our best effort to serve you. Gratuities are accepted in cash or Venmo only.

 

PUNCTUALITY

To ensure enjoyment, of a relaxing spa experience, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your first service is scheduled. This will allow you time to update your Client Profile, change into your robe, and relax in our quiet lounge before your treatments begin. If you arrive late or at the exact time your treatment is scheduled to begin, every attempt will be made to accommodate you, but you may not be able to enjoy your full-service time.

 

SPA AMENITIES

Please turn off all devices while inside the spa. Body Works Day Spa provides a locker room with spa robes, sandals, as well as a comfortable lounge to relax in before and after your services. We ask that you turn off all devices, cellular phones, beepers, and pagers, and leave them at home or in your locker. This ensures that you and our other clients can fully relax and enjoy your time at the spa.

 

SPA PARTIES AND EVENTS

Body Works Day Spa can accommodate groups of all sizes – from small spa parties with a few friends, to corporate events. Please contact us and ask to speak with our event planner.

 

STAFF SELECTION/CHANGES

If you prefer a specific therapist or feel you would be more comfortable or better served by a different staff member, please let us know. Our staff functions as a team and would be happy to accommodate you.

 

GIFT CARDS

Body Works Day Spa Gift cards are available at the front desk. Gift cards are available in any dollar amount and may be used towards any goods or services provided by our team members. We do want your business sooner than later; Gift Cards will expire 5 years from the purchase date. Gift Certificates can also be purchased directly from our website.

 

PARKING

Parking is available on the street in marked parking spaces. If you have any trouble finding parking, please make us aware so that we can assist you.

 

CHILDREN

Unfortunately, the spa cannot accommodate children under the age of 16 without parental consent.

Body Works Day Spa’s web servers collect non-identifying information for visitors to our website. This information is aggregated to measure the number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed, etc. Body Works Day Spa uses this information to measure the use of our site and to improve the content of our site.
