Kids benefit from yoga just as grown ups do. Yoga helps kids become aware of their bodies. This class includes fun and playful breathing exercises that give kids the tools to calm themselves down in overwhelming or stressful situations. We stretch, balance and work with partners, each child will get turns to share a pose. The class is specifically designed for kids to help strengthen their bodies and build confidence.

Teen Pilates Mini Series
with Tara May 3, 10, 17 & 31st • 4:30pm
Tara will teach and lead the teens through pilates exercise. Pilates is a go-to workout for athletes and those wanting to build themselves from the inside out. Great way for young people to realize what their bodies are capable of and to help them stay on a path of exercise/fitness for life. Pilates stretches muscles that are tight while strengthening those that are long and weak. This brings the body into balance.
